This is a list of all courses, with descriptions, that have been or will be offered at TCBC.
Certificate in Theology
This program is considered a non-degree seeking track and provides the first step toward building a solid biblical foundation. A Certificate in Theology is awarded to a student who successfully completes any 10 courses of academic study at TCBC. Students who wish to continue may do so, and will earn a higher level certificate upon completion of every 10 additional courses.
Course offerings vary by term, however students seeking a Certificate in Theology may design their own program from the following courses.
Associate of Arts in Theology
The Associate of Arts in Theology is for individuals seeking to increase their knowledge and become better equipped to serve in an area of ministry, or those who desire additional qualification for their currently held ministry position. An Associate of Arts in Theology is an accredited degree awarded to students who successfully complete 60 credit-hours of academic study at TCBC. Up to 30 credit-hours toward this degree may be granted as transfer credit.
BACHELOR of Arts in Theology
The Bachelor of Arts in Theology is an accredited degree program available to students who have previously earned an Associate or Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university. This degree will be awarded to students who transfer in 60 credit hours of a completed degree in any subject area, and successfully complete 60 credit hours of academic study at TCBC. Up to 30 hours toward this degree may be granted as transfer credit in addition to the completed degree transferred in; a minimum of 30 credit hours must be taken at TCBC.
BACHELOR of Arts in Ministry
The Bachelor of Arts in Ministry program provides a rich understanding of the fundamentals of the Bible and ministry. This accredited degree program is specifically designed for students who want to have biblical understanding and advanced ministry skills. A Bachelor of Arts in Theology is awarded to a student who successfully completes 120 credit-hours of academic study at TCBC. Up to 90 hours transfer credit (of equivalent TCBC courses) may be granted; a minimum of 30 credit hours must be taken at TCBC.
